Nestled in the Scottish countryside is our small holding over looking Tinto Hill to the South. We lovingly renovated this pair of adjoining stone built cottages in 2009 into luxury self-catering cottages. The cottages were built over 200 years ago, one originally a stable, The Hayloft, and the other a dairy parlour, The Parlour. Both cottages are finished to a high standard, four star, and offer all mod cons set in a tranquil setting.

Both cottages benefit from their own private gardens with garden furniture where you can sit and enjoy a glass of something cool in the summer or a barbecue and, as the cottages are South/West facing, you can watch the most amazing sunsets at the end of your busy or relaxing day. During the winter months, and if conditions allow, we even get the odd glimpse of the aurora borealis! Our cottages benefit from gas central heating but also have wood burning stoves, perfect for snuggling up to for that authentic cottage experience.

With Edinburgh to the East and Glasgow to the West each 25 miles away, Loch Lomond to the North and the Lake District to the South both 90 miles we truly are centrally placed for you to discover some of the most spectacular scenery and visitor attractions the UK has to offer.

In our quiet location with an abundance of wildlife the only noise you should hear is the odd bird, sheep or maybe our pet cow, Jelly!
